My First Georgia Home

My experience in buying my first home has been quiet a roller coaster ride. It has been exciting though. I come from Massachusetts and am moving to Georgia where I was going to buy a brand new double wide mobile home.

I went to meet this man who was going to sell us a piece of land which we fell in love with. We got pre-approved for everything. A few weeks went buy when the man who owned the land called us up and told us he had a home already built. It was empty and he wanted to know if we would be interested in looking at it. He would be willing to finance it for us if we would be interested.

So we figured we had nothing to lose by looking at it, so we went to see it and fell in love with it. The home was everything we wanted and more!!

It is only 1 year old and has all top of the line building materials with so much more than the house that I was going to build. On top of that it is an actual house instead of a mobile home.

The home is at the end of a dead end street and no-one can build next to us. Awesome!!! Here it is something that just fell into our laps. What a fantastic opportunity that has made my first home buying experience such a pleasure. Being willing to adjust to an opportunity gave us the best home.
