Be aware that as a first time buyer you have several programs out there that can save you money. So spend time digging for those gems in New Hampshire.
Another thing to be aware of, if you haven't owned a home in three years many programs will consider you a first time home buyer again. So don't let the fact you owned a home in the past stop you.
Also, New Hampshire has a tax credit program you should look into when buying a home. Any savings that goes into your pocket is worth investigating. Even though this is a savings on your taxes, it still more for you.
Not all real estate agents like to work with first time buyers, so pick a good one. Ask lots of questions on your interview to be sure they will help you with the money savings programs in your state.
