Perhaps you see a collection on your credit report that you have paid off or doesn't belong to you. Maybe its a credit card you know you have never paid late on. But the report says you have been late several times.

But keep in mind, they do charge for their services.
In a sense they do to the creditors like collection agencies do to us. If you have ever had a collector after you, then you understand persistence! You can have persistence with the creditors also. Thus saving you money buy disputing yourself.
The creditors may even temporarily remove offensive item. One thing to keep in mind if they do this. The offensive items will pop back up. Remember the removal is only temporary and will return within a few months.
