Good Information For First Time Home Buyer

by T Winter
(Atlanta, GA)

This video is a good source of useful information for first time home buyers, mainly because it walks the viewer step-by step through the information and legal jargon surrounding the Good Faith Estimate.

The presenter explains what each section of the GFE means, and helps shed light on the entire process.

As I am not a home owner and will not be for the foreseeable future, a lot of the meaning of the explanation went over my head, but I can tell as a fledgling educator, that the information presented here is comprehensive and would be incredibly useful to those looking to buy a home.

Whenever one starts a new business venture such as buying property, there is always a great deal of research to be done, and often this will seem overwhelming, especially in the arena of purchasing homes and property, because of all of the red tape and legal processes that surround it.

This video offers a straight-forward analysis of the GFE, something that those unfamiliar to the subject would find extremely helpful.
