My Home

by Brandy
(Richmond, IN, USA)

I had just found out I was pregnant with twins and we decided we needed a bigger home. I searched the internet and newspapers for hours. Once I found some homes that we were interested in we called up a local Realtor and had him set us up some viewing appointments.

We found a home that we absolutely loved fairly quickly and as a bonus, it was right next door to our grandmother. It was perfect! We made an offer and were very excited!

The next day we got a call from our Realtor and he said that the sellers had already accepted another offer. We were completely bummed. So our search continued.

A few weeks later we found anther home that we absolutely adored. It was huge. The master bedroom was 25 ft. by 20 ft. It had a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and a very large backyard. We decided to make an offer. The next day our offer was accepted.

We were so happy to finally have a home that we could raise our twins in. Everything went smoothly from then on and we moved in about two months later.

This home has been a great place to raise our children. The neighborhood is very nice, the house has plenty of room, and the school district is wonderful. We are very pleased with our purchase!
