For years I’ve been involved in real estate in some way or another. I’ve bought and sold foreclosures for my own portfolio and I’ve helped others on the mortgage side of the transaction.
I spent several years in the mortgage industry closing loans all across the country because I was working for a national bank. Although I’m not in the lending business anymore, I refer my web visitors to some highly recommended lenders I work with nationwide.
Not too long after moving to Tallahassee Florida in December of 2011 to be closer to family, I began studying to become a Tallahassee real estate agent and instructor.
Since 2014 I’ve been a real estate agent and now I’m teaching others how to sell real estate at “The Real Estate School” located in Tallahassee Florida.

If you’re selling, we meet and discuss your desired sales price. I do a market comparison to help you decide what the best list price would be. Then my marketing team goes to work to get your home exposure to the market using open houses, social media and more.
